We jump on a call and talk through your goals, training history, injuries, equipment access, and schedule. I learn about YOU - not just your lift numbers. This isn't a sales pitch, it's a real conversation about whether we're a good fit.

2, I Build Your Program

Based on everything we discussed, I create a completely personalised training program. Exercise selection, sets, reps, progression scheme - it's all designed for your specific goals and situation. Then I load it into your app with video demos for every movement.

3, You Train & Track Everything

You follow your program using the app. Log your workouts, track your nutrition, send me form check videos, and message me with questions. The app keeps everything organized so you're never guessing what to do next.

4, Weekly Check-Ins Keep You Accountable
